Welcome. I am Shawn, an Indigenous NGO leader and educational nonprofit founder from East Baltimore. Driven by a commitment to leverage law and policy to elevate living standards, I lead STEMpathize, a 501(c)(3) organization, alongside my advocacy at The Native Claim Firm NGO. Having navigated higher education as a low-income, first-generation, and BIPOC student myself, I remain deeply dedicated to mentoring youth from similar backgrounds. Outside of my professional work, I compose Native House music and prioritize physical fitness.

I founded The Native Claim Firm to solve issues my family and I were experiencing firsthand. It went from 3 family members to a recognized UN Partner Organization with 70,000+ Members Across 12 Countries.
Official partner with the United Nations after meeting strict ethical, financial, and public service thresholds, connecting our structural research and advocacy directly with international policy deliberations. Scaled during summer 2026 across 12 sovereign jurisdictions to champion Indigenous cultural heritage, healthcare compliance, potlatch performance copyrights, and musical solidarity.
