Washington, D.C. Legislative Advocacy
Testified before the D.C. Council addressing the systemic drivers of public educator attrition and presented a formal 20+ page memorandum on structural interventions. This testimony directly led to an active $15M draft bill currently under review, designed to retain quality educators and assist over 100,000 neglected K-12 students by 2030.
Community Education & Scholarships
Rooted in Baltimore, the nonprofit has institutionalized a lasting legacy of educational support by deploying $10,000 in permanent annual scholarships. Through direct community intervention, STEMpathize has tutored over 200 youth in East Baltimore, offering critical academic resources to historically disenfranchised districts.
Global Chapter Network
Since its inception, STEMpathize 501(c)(3) has scaled rapidly, establishing a robust network of over 500 members spanning 38 states worldwide. The organization leverages rigorous public policy, fundraising, and student mobilization to democratize access to education across borders.
